    Yes!  We are proud to be a Direct Repair Provider for over 20 major insurers.  This coveted status enables us to process your claim and begin repairs in as little as 24 hours.

    Yes!  RAB’s Courtesy Van is available to drop you off or pick you up anytime during the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

    This depends on the amount of repair hours required and the availability of parts.  Your RAB Personal Repair Coordinator will provide you an approximate delivery date at the time of appraisal.

    If you are the claimant (the party that was hit by another motorist), their insurance company should pay for the repairs, providing they have insurance.  If you are the insured and are filing a claim, your insurance company will pay for the repairs, minus your deductible.

    This is called a supplement.  The initial estimate written on your vehicle can only include the damage that can be seen.  If additional damage is found once the repairs are started, the technician alerts your Personal Repair Coordinator, who contacts the insurance company and obtains the necessary approval.

    Yes!  A key drop-box is conveniently located by the front entrance.  Just complete the envelope, sign, place your keys inside the envelope and drop it in.  Be sure to lock your car.

    If you are the claimant, the other party’s insurance carrier should provide a vehicle of your use while yours is in for repairs.  If you are unsure, we would be happy to contact the insurance company to verify this for you.  If you are the insured and have rental coverage, we can reserve a rental and have it waiting for you when you drop your car off.

    RAB’s lifetime guarantee covers our workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle, excluding rust repairs.

    Seeing your vehicle in person allows us to provide you with an accurate estimate. The estimate is fast and easy via our unique drive-thru service. There is no obligation and your estimate will give you the accuracy that you need to plan your repair or paint work.

    Appointments are not necessary, but we do schedule appointments for your convenience. Our unique estimate drive-thru service doesn’t require an appointment and saves you time.

    Estimates are 100% free of charge and obligation.

    On a rare occasion additional damage may be discovered during the repair and/or refinishing process. If it does occur, we will work this out with your insurance company for you so that you only have to worry about getting back into your own car.
