Refinishing a vehicle is a delicate job. The final result
depends on both the paint products used and the refinishing
process applied. Basically it is the responsibility of the paint
manufacturer to supply products of constant quality, whereas the
proper application process is the refinisher's responsibility. In
the final result, the invisible repair, there is clearly a
responsibility to be shared. We are most happy to present you
with this Refinish Assurance, telling you that we, Racine Auto Body, Inc.,
with the support of our paint supplier, stand fully behind the
quality refinishing job performed on your car. We exclusively use
our supplier's paint products. Our painters, trained by the
supplier, strictly follow the instructions as given for a proper
application process.
